November 16 (SeeNews) - Israel-based Brown Hotels Group has taken over Croatian hotel owner Jadran Hoteli, Croatian media reported on Wednesday.
The investor intends to carry out an extensive process of rebranding of the Jadran Hoteli facilities, daily Poslovni Dnevnik reported. It did not elaborate the value of the deal.

By the time this story was published, neither Brown Hotels, nor Jadran Hoteli had responded to emails by SeeNews seeking details of the deal.
Jadran Hoteli owns seven hotels, two restaurants and a campsite in Rijeka, Kostrena and Kraljevica, on the nothern Croatian Adriatic coast.
Its previous owners were businessmen Ivan Franolic and Zoran Lustica.
In Croatia the Israeli company also owns the Brown Beach House hotel in Trogir, on the southern Adriatic coast.
