BELGRADE (Serbia), September 15 (SeeNews) – Israeli company Ashtrom has opened the Rajiceva Shopping Centre in Belgrade, Serbia's government said
Ashtrom has invested 80 million euro ($95.4 million) in the construction of the shopping centre and opened 400 jobs, Belgrade mayor Sinisa Mali said during the opening ceremony, according to a government press release issued on Thursday.
The Rajiceva Shopping Centre has been developed as part of a mixed-use project. Its second phase includes the construction of a luxury hotel. With 15,300 sq m of gross leasable area, the new shopping centre will feature an underground parking space for 450 cars and six floors of leasable space with more than 80 stores.
Ashtrom participates in the project through Belgrade-based company ABD wholly owned by Ashtrom Serbia Holdings.
