February 2 (SeeNews) - Iran's Qeshm Air has delayed the launch of flights from Tehran Imam Khomeini airport to Serbia's capital Belgrade to March 19, Belgrade airport operator Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] said.
The flights will be operated twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, Aerodrom Nikola Tesla said in a statement on Thursday.
According to the flight schedule published on the website of Aerodrom Nikola Tesla last month, Qeshm Air planned to launch Belgrade-Tehran flights on February 1.
The Serbian government abolished visas for Iranian citizens in August in a bid to facilitate the arrival of tourists and potential investors from the Asian country.
