Potential buyers can submit their bids by May 26.
Novi Mermer is specialised in quarrying of ornamental and building stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk and slate.
IRBRS said earlier this year that it plans in 2022 to sell Novi Mermer, car parts manufacturer Novi Autodijelovi as well as oil and air filter producer Nova Tvornica Precistaca, which were established by the bank using assets acquired in bankruptcy proceedings. The bank also plans to sell stakes in six other local companies under its privatisation plan for 2022.
The Serb Republic is one of two entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other is the Federation.
