May 12 (SeeNews) - The Slovenian unit of Italian lender Intesa Sanpaolo, Banka Intesa Sanpaolo, plans to propose to its shareholders the payment of a gross dividend of 31.71 euro ($33.49) per share on 2021 earnings, it said.
NLB plans to allocate 16.818 million euro of its 16.837 million euro distributable profit as a dividend payment, while the remaining 18,121 euro shall be allocated to the statutory reserves, the company said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Thursday.
A general shareholders' meeting will be held on June 16.
The Slovenian unit of Intesa Sanpaolo recorded an after-tax profit of 17.7 million euro in the first quarter of 2022 and 885,455 euro of it was allocated to legal reserves.
