LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), August 28 (SeeNews) – The blue-chip SBITOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell 0.24% to 852.11 points on Wednesday, hit by a drop in the share price of logistics group Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] and port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG], bourse data showed.
Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] was the only gainer among the Slovenian blue-chip companies on Wednesday. The company's shares closed at 31.3 euro, up 3.99%.
Intereuropa's shares fell 3.08%, whereas Luka Koper lost 2.90%.
LJSE's total daily trading turnover rose to 1.62 million euro ($1.8 million) on Wednesday from 628,790 euro on Tuesday.
Pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] shares formed the largest portion of trading turnover on Wednesday, of 737,900 euro.
