September 22 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) continued to recover on Wednesday, as most of its members closed in the green, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index rose 0.51% to 1,158.47 points, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, ended the session 0.52% higher at 1,348.24 points, LJSE data showed. Both indices had four consecutive losing sessions last week and plunged additional 2.03% on Monday before recovering on Tuesday with a 1.19% rise.
Insurer Triglav's [LJE:ZVTG] shares backed the rise of the two indices on Wednesday, closing 2.41% higher at 34 euro. Insurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] was another major winner, with shares adding 1.15% to close at 26.50 euro.
Lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] was the sole decliner, as its shares dropped 0.82% to 72.40 euro.
The total trading turnover on Wednesday came in at 940,691 euro ($1.1 million), lower than 1.1 million euro generated on Tuesday.
