BELGRADE (Serbia), July 10 (SeeNews) – Serbian insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] has said it paid a 510.34 million dinars ($5.1 million/4.3 million euro) dividend to the Serbian government on July 6.
The total gross dividend payout of Dunav Osiguranje on 2017 earnings stood at 1.13 billion dinars, the insurer said in a statement on Monday.
In May, Dunav Osiguranje said it will pay a gross dividend of 128.34 dinars per share for 2017, up from 101.87 paid last year.
The Serbian government controlled a 94.09% stake in the capital of Dunav Osiguranje at the end of 2017.
The net profit of Dunav Osiguranje rose by 28.2% in 2017 to 1.15 billion dinars.
