June 28 (SeeNews) - Insurer Croatia Osiguranje said on Wednesday it has received the approval of the financial services supervisory agency, HANFA, to absorb its health insurance arm Croatia zdravstveno osiguranje.
Croatia Osiguranje can now proceed towards finalising the transaction under a contract concluded in April, it said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.
Croatia zdravstveno osiguranje was established in March 2004 as a company specializing in private health insurance, and is a subsidiary of Croatia Osiguranje.
