June 28 (SeeNews) - Insurer Croatia Osiguranje said on Thursday it signed deals for the acquisition of 100% ownership of Bosnian companies Central Osiguranje and Testing Grupa.
The contracts are subject to approval by the competent regulatory bodies, Croatia Osiguranje said in a Zagreb bourse filing.

Following the transactions, Croatia Osiguranje's Bosnian unit, Croatia Osiguranje BiH (CO BiH), will become the leader on the Bosnian insurance market with a 13% share.
In 2017, CO BiH earned 25 million euro ($29 million) in insurance premiums and had a 7% market share, while Central Osiguranje saw premiums of 14 million euro and a 4% market share.
Testing Group carried out some 113,000 technical reviews in 2017, earning revenue of 6.1 million euro.
