September 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] said on Monday that local BIC Hold has increased its stake in the company by acquiring 33,000 shares at a price of 4.56 levs ($2.72/2.33 euro) apiece.
BIC Hold is indirectly majority owned by Stara Planina Hold's CEO Vasil Velev.

BIC Hold acquired the shares through the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on September 25, Stara Planina Hold said in a stock exchange filing.
The 33,000 shares are equal to 0.16% interest in Stara Planina Hold.
Shares in Stara Planina Hold closed at 4.56 levs on the BSE on Friday.
Stara Planina Hold's investment portfolio includes companies from the sectors of machine building, electrical engineering and perfumery and cosmetics.
