January 5 (SeeNews) - Diversified group Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:IHB] said on Wednesday that its largest shareholder, engineering company Bulls, increased its direct shareholding interest in the group to 60.683% from 58.885% before.
Bulls raised its stake in Industrial Holding Bulgaria on December 29, the holding company said in a notice on its website.

Indirect shareholding interest included, Bulls' stake in Industrial Holding Bulgaria went up to 69.657% from 68.040% prior to the share purchase.
Industrial Holding Bulgaria's registered capital amounts to 107,400,643 levs ($62 million/54.9 million euro), divided into the same number of shares, data from the country's public commercial register showed.
As at 15:55 CET on Wednesday, shares in Industrial Holding Bulgaria changed hands 4.42% lower at 2.16 levs ($1.25/1.10 euro) on the Sofia bourse.
