March 22 (SeeNews) - Diversified group Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:IHB] said on Wednesday that its largest shareholder, engineering company Bulls, acquired an additional 60,000 of its shares in transactions completed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday.
Bulls purchased the stock at a weighted average price of 1.80 levs ($0.99/0.92 euro) per share, Industrial Holding Bulgaria said in a statement.

This puts at 108,000 levs the value of the purchased shares, which represent 0.06% of the group's share capital.
Last week, Bulls acquired 28,531 shares in Industrial Holding Bulgaria at the same weighted average purchase price.
Bulls held a stake of 67.81% in the company as of the end of 2022, according to the holding's most recent interim financial statement.
The holding company has a market capitalisation of some 174.3 million levs, as its stock value dropped by 10% in the past 12 months, according to stock exchange data.
As of 1418 CET on Wednesday, shares in Industrial Holding Bulgaria traded flat at 1.80 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
