The remaining interest of around 7% is split among individual investors holding less than 1% each, BLSE data updated on February 16 showed.
Vitarigov and Bentoproduct offered 0.32 marka ($0.17/0.16 euro) per each Nemetali share in the buyout offer launched in January.
Nemetali's equity capital of 803,927 marka is divided into 803,927 shares, each with a par value of 1 marka. The shares closed flat at 0.30 marka on the BLSE on Monday.
