January 25 (SeeNews) - Individual shareholder Dragan Cokoralo increased his stake in Bosnian real estate company Japra [BANJ:JAPR-R-A] to 36.3% from 29.8% following a buyout bid for the company launched together with local construction company Prijedorputevi [BANJ:PDPT-L1] and architecture firm Industroprojekt, Japra said on Wednesday.
Japra shareholders holding a total of 539,328 shares, or 6.4989% stake, among themselves accepted the joint buyout bid led by Prijedorputevi, Industroprojekt and Cokoralo, Japra said in a bourse filing.

The shareholding interest of Prijedorputevi and Industroprojekt remained unchanged after the buyout offer. Prijadorputevi owns a 30.5% stake, whereas Industroproject holds a 29% stake in Japra.
The three investors offered 0.8079 marka ($0.45/0.41 euro) per each Japra share in the buyout bid, which was launched in December.
Japra's shares last traded on the BLSE on September 14, closing 3% higher at 0.309 marka.
