April 11 (SeeNews) - Aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] generated nearly one-third of the total stock turnover on the Belgrade bourse on Tuesday, as share indices rose, stock exchange data showed.
Impol Seval generated a stock turnover of 4.1 million dinars on the Belgrade stock market on Tuesday. A total of 1,179 Impol Seval shares changed hands in nine transactions. The company won 0.34% and closed at 3,509 dinars.
Civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] was the most traded company on the bourse on Tuesday, as a total of 2,096 of its shares changed hands in 27 deals. The company closed flat at 1,500 dinars, generating a turnover of 3.1 million dinars.
Lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN] led the blue-chip gainers' list on Tuesday, after adding 7.62% to 1,779 dinars. Only five shares in the lender changed hands, generating a stock turnover of 8,895 dinars.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade bourse, rose 1.12% to 734.00 points on Tuesday. On Monday, the index lost 0.36% to 725.88.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, grew 0.75% and closed Tuesday's session at 1,596.01. The index declined 0.62% to 1,584.10 on Monday.
Industrial gases producer Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] paced the blue-chip decliners on Tuesday, after losing 4.37% to 10,962 dinars. A total of 236 shares in the company changed hands in 22 transactions, generating a turnover of 2.6 million dinars.
The total stock trading turnover on the bourse fell to 15.4 million dinars ($132,030/124,420 euro) on Tuesday from 28.1 million dinars on Monday, as a total of 451 share transactions were carried out. Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the bourse came in at 1.1 million dinars on Tuesday.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 358.7 million dinars to the session's total trading turnover of 374 billion dinars on the bourse. Three transactions of Treasury bonds were carried out on Tuesday. A total of 31,315 bonds of the dinar-denominated RSO15105 issue changed hands. The bonds bear a coupon of 10% and mature on March 2, 2018. Investors also traded 2,414 bonds of the dinar-denominated RSO1215 issue, maturing on November 8, 2017, and bearing a coupon of 10%.
