October 9 (SeeNews) - Aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday, as share indices increased, bourse data showed.
Impol Seval won 7.80% and closed at 3,800 dinars as only four of its shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 15,200 dinars.
Oil company NIS [BEL:NIIS] was the most traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday, as 1,397 of its shares changed hands in 58 transactions, generating a turnover of 950,741 dinars. NIS lost 0.44% and closed at 681 dinars.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade bourse, grew 0.14% to 727.11 points on Monday. On Friday, the index rose 0.55%.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, went up 0.17% on Monday and closed at 1,619.65 points, after increasing 0.25% on Friday.
Agricultural chemicals producer Galenika Fitofarmacija [BEL:FITO] paced the blue-chip decliners on Monday, as its share price fell by 1.30% to 2,665 dinars. A total of six shares in the company changed hands, generating a turnover of 15,990 million dinars.
The total stock trading turnover on the bourse decreased to 3.5 million dinars ($34,405/29,308 euro) on Monday from 30.3 million dinars on Friday, as 127 share transactions were carried out. Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the bourse came in at 184,655 dinars.
