BUCHAREST (Romania), July 5 (SeeNews) – Online retailer and smartphone producer iHunt said on Friday it plans to go public on the alternative trading segment AeRo of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on July 9, following a technical listing.
The strategic objective of the company is to become, over a two-year timespan, the largest direct importer of Chinese mobile phones under its own brand, included in the portfolio of major local operators, a press release from the BVB showed.
The listing is intermediated by SSIF GOLDRING, as authorised consultant.
iHunt technology Import Export Ploiesti is a direct importer of mobile phones and accessories from China, established in 2015 in Romania.
At end-2018, the company had 25 employees, a turnover of over 24 million lei ($5.7 million/ 5.1 million euro) and a share capital of 1.4 million lei The company also manages an online store.
