January 31 (SeeNews) - Diversified group Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHB) [BUL:4ID] rose the most among blue chips on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Wednesday, bourse data shows.
IHB shares closed 3.77% higher at 1.1 levs ($0.70/0.56 euro) in a trading volume of 8,268 shares.
The blue-chip SOFIX index rose 0.27% to 712.73 points on Wednesday after adding 0.19% on Tuesday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, grew 0.28% to 138.23 points, following a 0.03% increase on Tuesday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, lost 0.59% to 115.41 points. On Tuesday, the index closed 0.09% lower.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, added 0.53% to 571.59 points, after rising 0.47% on Tuesday.
Total trading turnover on the Sofia exchange's regulated market fell to 542,900 levs on Wednesday from 1.15 million levs on Tuesday.
Industrial conglomerate Chimimport [BUL:6C4] was the most traded blue chip, as 84,135 of its shares changed hands at a weighted average price of 2.4465 levs on Wednesday.
Bulgarian Real Estate Fund [BUL:5BU] fell the most among Sofia bourse blue chips, as it closed 3.67% lower at 2.1 levs.
