June 19 (SeeNews) - The banking unit of Austria's Hypo Group Alpe-Adria in Bosnia's Serb Republic said on Thursday it posted a net profit of 3.4 million marka ($2.4 million/1.7 million euro) in the first quarter of 2014.
It provided no comparative data for the same period of 2013.
The bank posted net interest and similar income of 6.4 million marka in the first quarter of the year, Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank a.d Banja Luka [BANJ:KRLB-R-A] said in its income statement filed with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
Its total assets stood at 1.14 billion marka at the end of March.
Austria's Hypo Group Alpe-Adria has another unit in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d Mostar located in Bosnia’s other entity, the Muslim-Croat Federation.
