SKOPJE (Macedonia), October 12 (SeeNews) – The Macedonian unit of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing opened a 17 million euro ($23.5 million) business centre in Skopje, Macedonian news agency Makfax reported on Tuesday.
The five-floor business centre Hyperium covers an area of 16,000 square metres and is located in the capital's downtown, Makfax (www.makfax.com.mk) reported.
Hyperium offers A class office spaces. Its exclusive leasing agent is U.S.-based commercial real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis, Hypo Alpe-Adria Leasing said on the business centre's official web page (www.hyperium.com.mk).
The construction of the business centre began in October 2008.
Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing Holding, a subsidiary of Austria's Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank International AG, has units in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Montenegro and Bulgaria. The Macedonian unit was set up in 2006.
