March 13 (SeeNews) - Hungarian property developer Wingholding said it acquired on March 9 two office buildings in Bulgaria for a total of 9.85 million euro ($12.1 million).
One of the buildings, the DXC office building, has 8,000 sq m of leaseable area, while the other one, Bulmag office building, offers 770 sq m, Wingholding said in a filing to the Budapest Stock Exchange on Monday.

The company will partially finance the acquisition through a 6.36 million euro loan from Eurobank Bulgaria.
