January 3 (SeeNews) - Hungary-based ANY Security Printing Company said that it has signed an agreement to acquire Romanian forms production and personalisation services provider Atlas for 1.37 million euro ($1.55 million).
The deal was signed by ANY Security Printing through is Romanian subsidiary Zipper Services, the company said in a press release on Thursday.

The closing of the transaction is subject to approval from the relevant Romanian authorities.
Formerly the State Printing Company, ANY Security Printing Company is one of the largest security printing companies in Hungary and Central and Eastern Europe. In the past, the company produced traditional printing products.
ANY Security Printing owns 60% of the shares of Zipper Services, while the rest is held by Zipper general manager Dorel Vijiianu, according to the company's website.
Atlas Trade Distribution Group was established in 2010 in Bucharest and employed 18 at the end of 2020, according to data poste on the finance ministry's website.
