July 6 (SeeNews) - Hungary has donated 200,000 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine produced by China's Sinopharm to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnia's government said.
Bosnia had initially approached Hungary to buy the vaccine doses, but the Hungarian government decided to donate them, Bosnian prime minister Zoran Tegeltija told a news conference in Sarajevo on Monday, according to a government press release.
Bosnia has so far received 928,000 Covid-19 vaccine doses and expects to receive an additional 2 million from different manufacturers and through different channels by the end of the third quarter, Tegeltija said.
