June 7 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of June 7 held 812,900 treasury shares, representing 0.995346% of the issued capital, the company said.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 1,912 own shares for 152 kuna ($23.1/20.5 euro) apiece on June 5, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Friday.
The following day, HT purchased a further 251 units at 151.5 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 153 kuna by 15:39 CET on the ZSE on Friday, up 0.99%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
