May 15 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of May 15 held 779,454 own shares, representing 0.954394% of the issued capital, the company said on Wednesday.
On May 13, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 16,750 own shares for 162.1 kuna ($24.5/21.9 euro) apiece, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, the company acquired a further 1,026 of its own units at 161.5 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 161 kuna by 12:19 CET on the ZSE on Wednesday, down 0.31%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
