March 24 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said it will propose to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 1.10 euro ($1.18) per share for 2022, slightly higher than last year's dividend payout.
This year, the company’s management and supervisory board propose to distribute to shareholders 86.6 million euro out of the net profit reported for 2022, and to retain the remaining 5.6 million euro, Hrvatski Telekom said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Thursday.
Company shareholders will vote on the proposal on May 10. Dividend payment date is May 22, record date is May 15 and ex-dividend date is May 12.
In 2022, Hrvatski Telekom distributed a dividend of 1.06 euro per share.
HT's shares traded 0.39% lower at 25.40 kuna on Friday morning on the Zagreb bourse.
