May 21 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of May 21 held 783,504 own shares, representing 0.959353% of the issued capital, the company said on Tuesday.
On May 17, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 2,029 own shares for 162 kuna ($24.3/21.8 euro) apiece, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On May 20, the company acquired a further 2,021 of its own units at 153 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 152.2 kuna by 09:48 CET on the ZSE on Tuesday, unchanged from Monday's close.
On Monday, Telekom paced the blue-chip losers on the ZSE, as its shares closed 6.15% lower.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
