July 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of July 11 held 833,575 treasury shares, representing 1.020662% of the issued capital, the company said on Thursday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 1,907 own shares at 158 kuna ($24.1/21.4 euro) apiece on July 9, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, it purchased a further 351 units at 157 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 157.5 kuna by 11:45 CET on Thursday on the ZSE, up 0.32%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
