December 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunication company Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] raised its own shareholding and as of Wednesday held 448,378 of its own shares, representing 0.549011% of the company's issued share capital, it said.
On December 17, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 903 own shares at 152.4 kuna ($23.4/20.5 euro) per share, representing 0.001106% of the share capital. On December 18, HT purchased 1,097 own shares at the same price, representing 0.001343% of the company's share capital, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On December 14, HT acquired 541 own shares at 152.5 kuna ($23.4/20.6 euro) apiece.
