August 2 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] held 392,614 treasury shares as of August 2, representing 0.483398% of the issued share capital, the company said on Friday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 30 of its shares at 161 kuna ($24.2/21.8 euro) apiece on July 31, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, it purchased a further 1,071 own shares at 161 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 160 kuna on the ZSE by 11:41 CET on Friday, unchanged from Thursday's close.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
