July 31 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] held 391,513 treasury shares as of July 31, representing 0.482043% of the issued share capital, the company said on Wednesday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 905 of its shares at 160.5 kuna ($24.2/21.7 euro) apiece on July 29, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, it purchased a further 927 own shares at 160.9 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 160 kuna, down 0.62%, on the ZSE by 12:02 CET on Wednesday.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
