June 27 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of June 27 held 823,349 treasury shares, representing 1.008141% of the issued capital, the company said on Thursday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 1,687 own shares for 161 kuna ($24.8/21.8 euro) apiece on June 24, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On June 26, the company purchased a further 1,977 units at 160.7 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 158.5 kuna by 13:34 CET on Thursday on the ZSE, up 0.32%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
