June 24 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of June 24 held 819,685 treasury shares, representing 1.003654% of the issued capital, the company said on Monday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 1,571 own shares for 159 kuna ($24.5/21.5 euro) apiece on June 19, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On June 21, the company purchased a further 503 units at 159.1 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 161 kuna by 11:03 CET on Monday on the ZSE, up 0.63%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
