June 19 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of June 19 held 817,611 treasury shares, representing 1.001115% of issued capital, the company said on Wednesday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 128 own shares for 156.5 kuna ($23.7/21.1 euro) apiece on June 17, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, the company purchased a further 428 units at 158 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 159 kuna by 10:20 CET on Wednesday on the ZSE, up 0.32%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
