May 28 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of May 28 held 787,673 own shares, representing 0.964457% of the issued capital, the company said on Tuesday.
In the most recent transaction, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 1,000 own shares for 152.5 kuna ($23.0/20.5 euro) apiece on May 24, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 152 kuna by 10:00 CET on the ZSE on Tuesday, unchanged from Monday's close.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
