August 30 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] held 398,674 of its own shares, representing 0.490860% of the issued share capital, as of August 30, the company said on Friday.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 819 of its shares at 159 kuna ($23.7/21.5 euro) apiece on August 28, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, it purchased a further 831 own units at the same price per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 158 kuna on the ZSE by 11:42 CET on Friday, down 0.63%.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
