March 31 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate developer Green Town Projects [BUL:GT2] said on Tuesday that Hong Kong-based 235 Holdings Limited has cut its direct shareholding interest in the company to 29.92%.
235 Holdings Limited lowered its stake in the company through a deal concluded on March 30, Green Town Projects said in a bourse filing.

235 Holdings Limited controlled 32.51% interest in Green Town Projects on March 11.
The Hong Kong-registered company is controlled by private individual Tenyo Latev, who also owns directly a 1.48% stake in Green Town Projects.
Green Town Projects' shares started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in August. In July, the company completed a 4.009 million levs ($2.3 million/2.0 million euro) capital increase.
Green Town Projects' shares last traded on the BSE at a price of 8.6 levs.
