September 13 (SeeNews) - Hong Kong-based Avenue Engineering and Construction Limited has acquired 51.33% shareholding interest in Croatia's civil engineering company IGH [ZSE:IGH], the latter said.
Avenue Engineering and Construction Limited has purchased 315,000 of IGH's shares on September 5, the Croatian company said in a Zagreb bourse filing on Wednesday.

No further details were provided in the filing.
According to data from the Zagreb Stock Exchange, where the ownership change in IGH is yet to be registered, the company's largest shareholder is Russian-Croatian entrepreneur Sergej Gljadelkin with a 51.33% stake.
Croatian news portal Poslovni.hr reported on Thursday that Gljadelkin also holds shares in Avenue Engineering and Construction Limited and will most likely continue to indirectly control IGH.
