September 20 (SeeNews) - The Netherlands-based Home Products Europe B.V. has acquired 13,800 shares in Slovenian home appliances maker Gorenje [LJE:GRVG], increasing its total stake from 4.94% to 5.00%, Gorenje said on Tuesday.
Home Products Europe B.V. now holds a total of 1,221,231 shares in Gorenje, the appliances maker said in a filing with the Ljubljana bourse.

The biggest shareholder in Gorenje is the state-owned pension fund manager Kapitalska Druzba with 16.37%, followed by the World Bank's private sector investment arm, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), with 11.8%, and Panasonic with 10.74%.
