June 28 (SeeNews) - Sales of Swedish fashion retailer Hennes&Mauritz (H&M) in Slovenia rose 3% on the year to 267 million Swedish crowns ($29.7 million/25.7 million euro) in the first half of fiscal year 2018 started December 1, 2017, the company said on Thursday.
In the local currency, H&M sales in Slovenia decreased 2% on the year over the review period, the company said in its first-half financial report posted on its website.
H&M operated 12 stores in Slovenia at the end of May, after one store closed in the first quarter of the year.
In Southeast Europe, H&M is also present in Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Serbia.
