January 31 (SeeNews) - The sales of Swedish fashion retailer Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) in Slovenia increased 2% to 551 million Swedish crowns ($70.2 million/56.4 million euro) in fiscal year 2017 ended November 30, the company said on Wednesday.
In local currency, H&M sales in Slovenia remained unchanged over the review period, the company said in its 2017 financial report.
In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2017, H&M sales in Slovenia dropped 3% on the year to 146 million Swedish crowns. In local currency, H&M sales in Slovenia also fell 3% between September 1, 2016 and November 30, 2017.
H&M operated 13 stores in Slovenia at the end of November, up 1 year-on-year.
In Southeast Europe, H&M is also present in Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Turkey and Serbia.
