July 28 (SeeNews) - Polish real estate developer Globe Trade Centre (GTC) said on Thursday it has disposed of the Cascade Office Building in Romania's capital Bucharest to Hungarian company Crown Holding Kft for 10.1 million euro ($10.3 million).
The sale brought GTC a profit of 1.6 million euro, or nearly 20% since its acquisition in 2017, GTC said in a press release.

The Cascade Office Building spreads over 4,210 sq m.
Following the sale, GTC's portfolio of office properties in Romania includes City Gate, Premium Plaza and Premium Point, all located in Bucharest.
The GTC Group is a real estate investor and developer focusing on Poland and capital cities in Central and Eastern Europe. The group now actively manages 44 commercial buildings in Poland, Hungary, Bucharest, Belgrade, Zagreb and Sofia.
