December 13 (SeeNews) - Polish real estate developer GTC said on Wednesday it has agreed a 60 million euro ($70.5 million) refinancing and investment loan with Raiffeisen Bank International for the refinancing of its Green Heart office project in Serbia.
The Green Heart office park, located in Belgrade and consisting of 46,000 square metres of leasable area, has already reached a pre-lease level of 42%, GTC said in a statement.
The upgrade of two existing buildings and the construction of three new ones will create a green oasis, the managing director of GTC Serbia, Pedja Petronijevic, said in the statement.
In August, GTC said it acquired the A-class Belgrade Business Center office building in Serbia's capital.
Elsewhere in Southeastern Europe (SEE), GTC also has a presence in Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria.
