October 8 (SeeNews) - Greek-owned Mayfair Group on Thursday secured regulatory approval to list on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The company will list its share capital of 50,000 levs ($38,000/26,000 euro)divided into 25,000 shares with a par value of 2.0 levs each, Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said in a statement.

The company's investment scope covers acquisitions of majority stakes in Greek companies active in the healthcare sector and the development of a medical centre in Bulgaria, FSC said. It has not yet started commercial operation.
Mayfair Group is registered in Bulgaria and is owned by two Greek individuals.
