December 18 (SeeNews) - Home appliances maker Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] was the top blue-chip decliner in Monday’s trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data indicated.
Gorenje shares closed 1.79% lower at 5.5 euro ($6.5) in a trading turnover of 171,290 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, fell 0.11% to 792.17 points on Monday. On Friday, the index closed 0.16% lower.
Trading turnover on the LJSE fell to 865,610 euro on Monday from 1.1 million euro on Friday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the day’s largest turnover of 415,380 euro.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] rose the most among blue chips on the LJSE on Monday, closing 2.86% higher at 208.8 euro.
