January 29 (SeeNews) - Home appliances manufacturer Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] was the top blue-chip decliner in Monday’s trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data indicated.
Gorenje shares closed 4.20% lower at 5.02 euro ($6.2) in a trading turnover of 4,530 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, lost 0.21% to 835.44 points on Monday. During the previous trading session, the index closed 0.30% higher.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE fell to 474,160 euro on Monday from 846,040 euro on Friday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the day's largest turnover, of 124,140 euro.
Insurance company Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] rose the most among blue chips on the LJSE on Monday, as it closed 0.64% higher at 31.5 euro.
