BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), September 12 (SeeNews) – German medical device company Lohmann & Rauscher is mulling opening a plant in Bosnia's municipality of Gradiska, where it would initially employ 200 people, local media reported on Wednesday.
Lohmann & Rauscher is interested in opening a production facility in Bosnia's Gradiska due to its favourable geographic location and good investment conditions, news portal Capital reported, citing company representatives who visited Gradiska on Tuesday.
If the company decides to go ahead with its plans, it is expected to employ some 700 people once the plant is off the ground.
Lohmann & Rauscher is a developer, producer, and seller of medical devices and hygiene products. It has more than 5,000 employees in 15 production facilities in 11 countries.
