BELGRADE (Serbia), September 26 (SeeNews) – German company Eyemaxx Real Estate has signed an agreement to sell its logistics centre and an essential part of its land plots in Serbia, it said on Thursday.
Eyemaxx will receive a net liquidity inflow of about 15 million euro ($16.4 million) from the sale of the assets, including two logistics halls with a lettable area of around 46,000 sq m, as well as plots of land totalling approximately 140,000 sq m in Stara Pazova, the company said in a statement.

The assets will be sold to a strategic investor, Eyemaxx said, without revealing further details.
"With the realisation of the appreciations achieved by us during the past years, we bring our commitment in Serbia to a successful close and document once more that in Serbia, too, we had the right feeling for attractive project developments," CEO Michael Mueller said.
Eyemaxx owns a logistics complex in Belgrade, developed in two phases, named Log Center Alpha and Log Center Beta, according to data from its corporate website. The first phase was completed in the second quarter of 2016.
