September 17 (SeeNews) - German textile discount retailer Kik will open its first shop in Romania at the end of September, developer Oasis Retail Development said on Monday.
The 600 sq m unit is located in Prima Shops shopping centre in the western city of Oradea, Oasis Retail Development, the developer of the mall, said in a press release.
Kik Textilien is a German textile discount store chain operating more that 3,400 stores in Germany, Austria, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland.
Prima Shops Oradea, with a gross lettable area of 10,000 sq m, was developed in 2017 following an investment of over 12 million euro ($14 million).
Oasis Development is one of the most active retail developers in Romania, with over 70 successful projects delivered in the last 15 years. The company develops own projects under Prima Shops & Family Center brands.
